Just-In Time Coronavirus Response

As a valued customer, we are writing to share an important update regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19) and are taking steps to ensure the safety of our employees and customers. This is our number one priority while maintaining operations to continue providing service.  We understand this is a constantly developing situation and we are monitoring to make changes as necessary.  We will continue to follow all state and federal government recommendations regarding our industry.

Here is what we expect from our customers PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

If you have someone in your home who is sick or knowingly exposed to Coronavirus, please contact our office immediately to make proper arrangements for your move.  This could consist of ensuring that person is not in the home prior to or during the move along with the home being disinfected prior to the move.  Or, we can reschedule moving services for you to a future date.

Please provide use of a restroom with sink along with soap, paper towels, and sanitizer if possible, for your family and our moving team to be able to wash our hands thoroughly during your move.

Customers must always maintain safe distances from our team of 3-6 feet.  It is also acceptable for the customer to leave the premises after the walkthrough in order to let our team operate in a safer environment.  Our team will be able to communicate with you by phone and/or facetime during the move as needed.

With verbal permission, our team lead/driver may sign for you as indicated on our tablet.  If you prefer to sign on your own, please wash your hands thoroughly before and after signing.

Please be patient with our team as they do their best to move items safely for you.  This will include regular hand washing, disinfecting with wipes when needed, and providing additional wrapping and preparation of furniture.

Here are the steps we are taking as a company to help minimize the spread and help ensure your and our safety:

All employees have been instructed to remain home if they feel under the weather for any reason and will follow the CDC guidelines to “self-quarantine”.

All personnel that can work from home is currently doing that in order to limit exposure at our facilities.

When possible, we will stagger arrival times at our warehouses to minimize the amount of crew members that are present at one time.

Soap, disinfectant wipes, and sanitizer are prevalent throughout our facilities for thorough cleaning and sanitizing.

We are regularly sanitizing the most common touched areas at our facilities.

All trucks are or are in the process of being equipped with soap, disinfectant wipes, and hand sanitizer for use for our teams while providing services

Gloves are being made available to our team for use during moves.

We have asked our team to keep distance from each other and clients when possible along with refraining from greeting our clients with a handshake as we normally do.
