SUMMARY

Responsible for representing the company, its services and products in a positive manner. Directly sells products or services to customers and other businesses, including recognizing additional needs of the customer. Demonstrate excellent customer service and professionalism with customers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Maintain current client relationship and identifying areas for potential client
  • Follow up on cold and warm leads
  • Answer incoming calls and inquiries
  • Respond to internet leads in a timely and efficient manner
  • Obtain details for potential moves to ensure accurate quotes
  • Create detailed and accurate notes
  • Set moves up accurately in company system
  • Communicate and provide proper expectations for clients
  • Assist in pre-booked clients with questions and adjustments to moves
  • Communicate with all departments on last minute changes
  • Maintain a strong knowledge and understanding of company products and services
  • Achieve monthly sales goals
  • Accurately calculate cost of products or service
  • Must be able to work with other team members, office staff, and management on a daily basis
  • Accomplishes goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.

OVERALL

  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and applicable safety regulations
  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • 2 plus years of sales experience
  • Software and phone systems

Preferred

  • Bachelors degree preferred in Sales, Marketing, Management, or equivalent
  • Moving experience or equivalent
  • Proven sales experience and excellent track record
  • 3 plus years of sales experience

WORKING CONDITIONS

Physical Environment: Office, Warehouse, Event Locations offsite, Van

The majority of work will be done in an office environment, in vehicle driving, and public buildings.
