After-Hours and Weekend Scheduling
Most Phoenix office relocations we handle happen after 5 p.m. on a Friday or across a Saturday. Your last employee leaves on Friday afternoon, our crew loads that evening, and the new suite is set up and reassembled before Monday.

Building Access, COIs and Elevator Reservations

How far in advance should I book an office move in Phoenix?
Two to four weeks is comfortable for a small suite. For a full floor or anything requiring building approvals and freight elevator reservations, give yourself six to eight weeks. Weekend dates at the end of a month fill up first.

Do we have to pack our own desks?
No, though it usually saves money if employees clear their own desktops and personal items. We handle everything else, including full packing of file rooms, kitchens and storage areas if you want it off your team’s plate.

Can you move our IT equipment, or do we need our own IT vendor?
We move the hardware and place it where your IT lead directs. Disconnecting and reconnecting the network, servers and phone systems should stay with your IT provider, and we coordinate our timing around their schedule.

What happens to the furniture we are not taking?
Tell us during the walkthrough and we will separate it during the move so it stays out of the new suite. We can stage it for your donation or disposal vendor as part of the same job.
