We are hiring furniture mover helpers, moving packers, storage personnel, box truck driver, and non-CDL drivers for residential and commercial moves. We also offer part-time and full-time positions for responsible individuals who can move heavy furniture and other personal belongings of customers in and out of our moving trucks with care.

To be considered for a position as a mover at Just-In Time, you’ll need to have a criminal background check and have a clean driving record, also reliable transportation. Previous moving experience is desired, but we will train a candidate with potential. Our team members give our clients peace of mind and try to anticipate their every moving need, whether they’re moving into a new home or a new office.

Responsibilities and Requirements: Are You a Perfect Fit?

We’re one of the top movers in the moving industry, not low-budget movers, and we take great care of our staff. On average, our staff has been with us for 10+ years. Our missing is to help people move short distances for local moves or long distancecross-country relocations that may require some overnight travel.

Just-in-Time handles all types of moves for our clients. They provide us with a move date, whether it’s a long-distance move or a local move. As we’re a full-service Phoenix moving company, you’ll be required to help pack, load, and unload our customer’s personal belongings as if you were moving your own. A job as a mover at Just-In Time involves assisting in the relocation of household or commercial goods from one location to another. Here are some key responsibilities and tasks commonly associated with this position:

Loading and unloading

Use care to load and unload items. Movers are responsible for safely and efficiently loading items onto a moving truck and unloading them at the destination. This may involve carrying heavy furniture, boxes, and other belongings.

Packing

Movers may be required to pack items into boxes, wrap furniture and fragile items to prevent damage during transit, and label boxes for easy identification.

Transportation

Movers drive moving trucks or vans to transport people's belongings to the designated location. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are often required for these positions.

Furniture assembly/disassembly

Depending on the job requirements, movers may need to disassemble and reassemble furniture items such as beds, tables, and cabinets. You'll use protective materials to wrap furniture for safety and place furniture where customer requests in their new home.

Customer service

Movers interact with customers during the moving process, addressing any concerns or questions they may have and ensuring a positive customer experience. Ensure that no items are damaged while moving and use Inventory management of customers' belongings.

Physical labor

Jobs as a mover involve a significant amount of physical labor, including lifting, carrying, and maneuvering heavy items. It's essential to be physically fit and able to handle the physical demands of the job.
Mover Responsibilities:
